I took service from just dial as my lcd was not working and found a number for om sai service centre and contacted mr. Rajesh his mobile number is [protected] i contacted him on august 12th 2016 and he what's app me the number of his technician name ajit his mobile number is [protected], he came home on the 13th august 2016 at around 1 pm he check my television and told us that he needs to get the part fixed and has to take the parts from my television and told us the cost we agreed to pay him he took my televisions mother board, sensor and other important parts i just have the display hanging on the wall now it's been more than 10 days this person has been fooling us he is not answering our phone calls and accidentally if he answers then he says i'm on my way, i have reached will be there in 10 mins, my bike broke down so i'll surely come tmr, it's raining heavily in my area so can't make it i have made numerous cells to ajit and rajesh they are just fooling us and they have roobed is if i don't get my television parts back i'll have to lodge a complaint to the police for sulekha.com and both rajesh and ajit in my society we have cctv i'll get the clip and give it to the police also in my phone i have phone recorder so my conversation with ajit and rajesh is on record too which will help police to act fast i'm getting so irritated because after begging so much to them they don't care about anyone at all and my parents are senior citizens so i'll put a charge for hareasing senior citizens too my father spoke to rajesh last week monday from his phone he says ajit has fixed your part and he took it saying that he will go and get the work done i even asked him are you authorised dealership of phillips he said yes i asked him from where are you coming he said kandivili when he gave me the slip which has my television details it has kamote navi mumbai address and tgr telephonr number and email id is incorrect he is spoiling sulekha.com's name which is not correct i could see now people have sent so manny complaint and added reviews for them if you really care about your name pls help me get my television back asap pls it's a humble request.
