Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Serious Complaint about one Agency named "Om Sai Service Centre" Address : Dharti Enclave, Shop no.5, Plot no.53, Sector 36, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai - 410209. I adv. Avadheshkumar Singh having product of your brand Sansui Lcd TV having serial no.39404040 "21" LCD, would like to bring to your notice that one of your agency named Om Sai Service Centre, Add : Dharti Enclave, Shop no.5, Plot no.53, Sector 36, Kamothe, Navi mumbai - 410209, have taken my LCD TV Which have the minor fault by telling that his company is Authorise repair, Sevice Centre, home service of your Brand and taken my TV for minor repairs with the promise that the TV will be send back within 1 days. My LCD TV was taken on 24/12/15 and now till date his agency will not deliver my TV, after making call by me, Everyday his agency promises that my TV has been send with his executive but no body has come to me till date. i have make several time calls on the following numbers given on the bill[protected]-[protected] (3) [protected], everytime his agency promise me that your LCD TV has been send by the executive but at the end of the day no executive has come to my house with my LCD TV, they have mentally harrass the people and not giving any service to the customer. so kindly do the needful and take the matter seriously. let me know the things at the earliest. Dear Videocon online Team, I have a similar complaints like the one Avdesh have raised here with your same "Om Sai Service Centre" Address : Dharti Enclave, Shop no.5, Plot no.53, Sector 36, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai - 410209".
I have Sansui led TV which gone bad in the month of August due to display panel issue.
I called up your service center for help and your service center reported display panel issue with the TV claiming charges of Rs. 9500 with warranty of 6 months.
I paid and brought the TV at home and sadly the display panel again gone bad in mere 2 months and I called up service center number[protected]/[protected] and raised the complaint. Now I have been following up this numbers since last 25 days and these numbers but are not answering my calls. I've tried almost 200-500 calls with N number of messages but no response either. I also visited the service center twice at Kamothe and found the Shutter half opened with no one available for the entire day. Im really surprised that how does a reputed company like videocon deputes such careless authorised center.

Im attaching the service center pics which always remains unavailable to the customer.
