Omega Electronics — Amount not refunded

Same issue I am facing .. they gave me 2 cheques dated in Sept 16 and both the cheques bounced. Now daily I call them and sometimes they say that payment in process and will be clear soon sometimes they say that they have made a RTGS transaction to my account and it will take some time. I really feel that these goons are playing with us and we need to raise this matter to media and law to teach these goons some lesson.
