I bought Omega Geyser (Model: ALOMA IYA / Serial No: 0302) on 5th November 2019 with complete warranty of 2 years. Geyser was functional from Nov-19 to Feb-20 (for 4 months only). Obviously we do not need hot water from March to September. When we were trying use again on 21st October, that was not functional and looks like fully dead.

So, I made complaint on 23 October (complaint no 8554) and still struggling with Omega service team after 12 days. Your service department looks like a big fraud. I am following us with them from 12 days (at [protected] and [protected]) and got more than commitments in first day saying that technician will visit within 24 hours. Now either they does not pick up my phone when I call or disconnect the phone after listening my complaint when I call from other numbers.

My complaint no 8554 is still pending even after 12 days. Pathetic after sale service and no one picks the call even. please help or provide me the contact details of some senior management person of Omega.

He cheated me and supplied low quality products for 6 lakhs. I have paid 20 lakhs in 2015. Till now he has not sent goods. He promised to refund the balance advance 14 lakhs and cheated. All his phone switched off. I have sent lawyers notice and for appointment of arbitrator. He refused the notice.
Ihave taken my father retired pension amount to start business.
Ihave closed the shop and incurred 10 lakhs loss for shop.
Now i am booking a cheating and fraud case in bangalore. Karnataka.

I am writing this letter with deep regret to inform you about the grivenance i am going through in relation to refundable deposit of ms. Omega electronics pune. I encountered since i had made agreement on 14/12/2017 for job i. E. Work from home. The job was to manufacture cfl @ rs.60/- per piece. The guidelines of the firm says that a payment towards initiation of business a rs. 25000/- has to be deposited that would be in two terms i. E. Rs. 20, 000/- refundable after cancellation of agreement, training fee: rs. 5, 000/- non-refundable, once an agreement is signed, cannot be cancelled till 6 months. As per the instructions i had committed the said amount rs. 25000/- in cash to the firm and a receipt of acknowledgement was received in this regards.
It is now submitted that due to companies in deficiency; i have cancelled my agreement after six months. Since then a routine calls was made for request of my refundable deposit of rs. 20, 000/-
Since then making a numerous appeals to the firm. I have learnt that as a most flexible manner they have been postponing my pathetic request and unable to handle them. Since two days there was no reply from office. Even after months of waiting they did not paid me my refundable deposit. This is clearly there fault and i am suffering from it. I did everything possible which an average customer can but at their end they failed to perform the promises made to me.

I have suffered from last 7 years from omega electronics

I am abhishek thanekar from kolhapur. I also visited to this company and paid 30000, one ladies member named as bharati madam convinced me to pay all amount and start for the buiseness. But after understanding all matter is fraud i repeatedlly visited to omega office. But all efforts was useless. All system is purely fraud and well managed to conveince to poor people who are needy.

In 2016 business cfl bulb startup with omega. But they are rejected my material due to Omega business so after I cancelled agreement. Dec 16 that time they are committed me your payment will be done on March 17. But they are not giving my payment. So after I visited omega office many time but they are cheated with me and using bad word . 4 times cheque bounced. After I complaint nearest police station they are supported me and my friend. Then omega electronics given cheques axis bank 1 cheque cleared and second cheque bounced then I calling to Omega owner . Again cheque deposited after my cheque cleared and remaining money deposited my account.

I have been waiting for my money since last 1 year but these people just given me date after date. All false commitment. Dear All, please do not get into this kind of business, these all people are cheater and fraud. They will take our money and just reject all our work. Even though after all these complaints they are just free to do another Fraud. I think they have good connections with cops, hence they are not yet arrested.

Below complaint registered on 10th january 2018. Still i have not received money.

Mine is also same condition. Still investment amount of rs.25000/- not refunded by omega from last july 2017. Everyday they are giving me new date for payment. Just talk with mr. Kadam in omega he told me 20 january 18 you will get your money back.

Omega electronics is fraud company. All people in company are fraud. They have not given my deposit after cancelling my aggrement. Every time they give me new date. Perpesfully they reject your material. Dont invest your money in this company.

Omega electronics is a fraud company. We created contract with omega of rs. 30000 in which then given samples of 40 cfl's to make with fevicol & powder but when i survey to other cfl provider they told that fevicol didn't survive. Then i return the all & ask to cancel contract then.
Mr kadam, ashish, shinde madam. All are fraud people told that 5000 deducted for training fees & given 12500 rs two cheques on dated dec 2016 which i depositd 4-5 times & every time they get bounces. When i called office they didn't received phone & ask to wait.
This is humble request to all who are planning to invest in omega electronics.
Please don't invest in such a cheat company.

All people are fraud who are working with such a company. they didn't receive the call & if receive then next time they save the number & when i dialed again they didn't reply on call.

Omega electronics is one of the biggest cheater company. They offered me home based job and made five years agreement worth rs.30000 and when i cancelled my agreement they gave me two cheques worth rs 12500 each with gap of ten days. But when i sumbmited cheques in banks it was bounce two times becuase of Inssuficient funds and this was happened last year 26 april 2016. And i never get my money back till now april 2017 and only giving me date that they will drop money in my bank account and only giving different dates for my money gove back to me. Same issue I am facing .. they gave me 2 cheques dated in Sept 16 and both the cheques bounced. Now daily I call them and sometimes they say that payment in process and will be clear soon sometimes they say that they have made a RTGS transaction to my account and it will take some time. I really feel that these goons are playing with us and we need to raise this matter to media and law to teach these goons some lesson.

Simply fraud people who just wasting others time and playing with peoples money and their emotions . they are not professional people.

as i have seen there are so many complains on this forum so it means they might be fooling so many people around us literally playing with their money.
