Omega Electronics — cheque bounced two times

Omega electronics pune (Cfl home based job company) is fraud and cheaters. They provide job and offer 5 years contract of 35000/- when we cancel contract, they gave me two post dated cheques of 15000/- each and one cheque have bounced/returned 2 times. After a bit of googling i found that i am not only 1 who have been cheated there are many more which i found in thier website can consumer complaints suggest mr what to do?
