We orderdered Bluestar AC from flipkart on 22 Jan 2022. The was delivered and during installation the technician confirmed that AC is noisy and defective. The report was submitted to flipkart and replacement was raised. Even after submitting the report Flipkart is nit approving the replacement and frustrating the customer by sending auto sms that we are unable to reach you.
