Pigeon 25Lt OTG Oven

Bought one Pigeon 25 Lt. OTG Oven on Flipkart platform mentioning Omni Tech Retail as supplier[protected] and was delivered on[protected].
The product was opened, and a visual inspection was done and found no damage to the product visually. When wanted to use found product base unstable, baking plate and wire plate smaller in size and could fix in to groove and was falling to bottom.

      I have purchased MarQ AC. But at that time some accessories are missing like remote control, Installation plate and indoor outdoor wire. I have raised multiple request to Flipkart customer service centre but they are rejected all requests and are not ready to support or provide any solution.

        I ordered Samsung 8kg 5 star washing machine on Flipkart with the omnitech retail seller on 08 Aug 2023 in offer days days but they didn't not shipped my order even I ordered with "prepaid payment mode" & I am a Flipkart Plus member. They cancelled my order without any information 😤. I my credit card payment was also stuck'ed, They consumed my time and the sale period got over. I didn't get any offer again, so had to bear financial loss also. Cheap third class professionalism. Disgusting service.

          This is with reference to the subject line and subsequent to my various discussion with your service team and customer support team regarding the PCB failure of my AC within purchase of 5 months. I raised my complain on 25th May 2023 and till date I am waiting for the solution. Below is the Incident Diary for your better understanding

          1. 25th May2023 I raised the Complain with Flipkart Service team and confirmed the technician visit within 72 hours. (Which is the highest time limit).

          2. 28th May 2023 the Technician visited my home exactly after 72 hours. And after diagnose they confirm the PCB is faulty and need to be changed. Waiting time 3 days.

          3. After this there was no confirmation from service team nor any Message confirming the time limit for solution.

          4. After my call Service team confirm the part (NEW PCB) will be dispatched by 1st June 2023. Waiting time 3 days.

          5. Again there was no or message confirming part will be dispatched or solution will be given in how many days.

          6. After my call on 1st June the service team could confirm anything on the status and asked to wait for 3 days.

          7. On 4th June 2023 I got the call from Flipkart customer support team that my AC replacement has been approved and it will get replace soon. Waiting time 2 days.

          8. On 6th June 2023 I got the call from Flipkart customer support team confirming the AC Return has been approved and complete refund will be made in source account. And the same Return request was visible on Flipkart APP. Asked to wait for 3 days.

          9. On 8th June 2023 I got call from Flipkart representative confirming due to technical issue the seller could approved the return request and I should call the Flipkart customer support team and inform them the same.

          10. On the same day I called the Flipkart customer support team and confirm the same and they confirm they need to cancel the return request and new return request will be raised.

          11. On 9th June around 1:00 o’clock the re-return request was raised and same is visible in Flipkart APP, and still I am awaiting for the solution.

          12. A confirmation message was shared by Flipkart team that they will resolve the issue by 21st June 2023. Waiting time 12 days

          13. Total waiting time to get solution where the complaint is still open is 27 days.

          Now very humbly I would like to ask the question to Flipkart team and the management is this correct a month TAT to solve an issue. What is my fault in this complete process?, that I showed faith on your home product and purchased it. I purchased this product for my comfort not for suffering, if you people does not have the enough experience in product line, Infrastructure, service support, spare availability, Manufacturing quality then don’t you think you should not launch any such product.

          Your part of debate would be that Flipkart is just a market place and you are acting as an facilitator and providing platform, But I am sorry I would not at all agree to your this rosy argument / defence. Being a brad and facilitator you own big responsibility for your customer. As a customer we don’t know the seller we know Flipkart. Secondly you spoiled my complete summer and forced me to stay in temperature like 42C/45C and undergo the deep suffering also I could not buy another AC just because you faulty AC uninstallation is not done (As you confirmed to Replace / Return) and I could not place new AC anywhere else.

          I request the grievance team to solve the issue at the earliest as I already suffered a lot. I had purchased this product in EMI and till date I had paid 5 instalments and further from July month I am not liable to pay any instalments for this product and at the same time kindly initiate the refund and Uninstallation ASAP.

          NOTE : Ordered on 26 Jan 23 | delivered on 1st Feb23 | Installation completed on 11th Feb 23 | Order ID No: OD[protected]realme Techlife 4-in-1 covertable1.5 Ton 5 star split AC).

            Hi,
            I bought one PUREIT ADVANCE plus RO+MF+MP water purifier from flipkart. from first day this purifier i received is defective and making hell out of sound.
            Pureit technician came and told motor is defective inside that why making noise and i shared job sheet too from pureit to Flipkart
            I heard so much complaint of Omni tech as they used to cheat coustomer with Flipkart
            On 25th April i made replacement request and on 6th May Flipkart requested replacement request but till now no replacement approved and today showing arriving but seems this product replacement is neither been approved.
            Please take action on such fraud companies and worst Flipkart too who cheating with costomer
            I want my money back

                  I ordered Realme Techlife 8kg 5 star washing machine on Flipkart with the omnitech retail seller on 22 Oct 2022 in big billion days sale but they didn't not deliver my order even after ten days in spight of being a Flipkart Plus member. They made me wait for my order by delaying delivery 4 times and then the order got cancelled. They consumed my time and the sale period got over. I didn't get any offer again, so had to bear financial loss also. Cheap third class professionalism. Disgusting service.

                                          I ordered infinix X1 led 32inch from Flipkart on 5 march 2022 as there is some return policy showing on that and placed order... Then on some sound quality issue I return that order on 6 march within its return policy time and that is accepted on that time... But today itself my return order is rejected by saying that there is only replacement option...                                             We orderdered Bluestar AC from flipkart on 22 Jan 2022. The was delivered and during installation the technician confirmed that AC is noisy and defective. The report was submitted to flipkart and replacement was raised. Even after submitting the report Flipkart is nit approving the replacement and frustrating the customer by sending auto sms that we are unable to reach you. We are stuck with registration and need the replacement asap.

                                              I have ordered 3 white fans for my new apartment in Oct 2021. The same was delivered on 11 th Oct. Since I was not using them immediately I didn't open them. And didn't check since I ordered from a big brand called Flipkart. Later today when my electrician opened the box then found that one white has brown blades. Since then I have been trying to place refund and return request but the same is not being accepted.

                                              It's quite pathetic to see that the call center executive have no sympathy towards customer and their issues.
                                              I was declined immediately.
                                              This fan which has different blade colors is of no use for me. Please get the product returned.
