On Point Services — they have registered complaint against me

Dear sir, 10 days ago I took data work from one point services and an agreement was done between us they took my signature and Aadhar card too for that agreement. But due to some reasons I could not complete the work. It was written in agreement that if I fail to do the work I will be charged 9, 800 I could not pay them amount now they have registered a case against me and their advocate is calling me. Please help me and solve my problem.[protected][protected]------

DEAR SIR, I am a Student and I am not able to pay such amount to them because i am not earning money right now.
