I have raised a iphone 13 repair request on 5th of june 2025 from oneassist, the maximum tat time is 10 days, I requested for a temporary handset many times from the team online on chat and call but I have not recived it. I rented a smart phone from local shop for 3000 for next 10 days but, my phone is still not repaired and the shop owner is asking 100rs per day for next 10 days. temporary handset is included in my membership. this is my second repair where they have not provided me the temporary handset without any specific reason Was this information helpful? |
