Complaint regarding delay in servic and temporary handset

I have raised a iphone 13 repair request on 5th of june 2025 from oneassist, the maximum tat time is 10 days, I requested for a temporary handset many times from the team online on chat and call but I have not recived it. I rented a smart phone from local shop for 3000 for next 10 days but, my phone is still not repaired and the shop owner is asking 100rs per day for next 10 days. temporary handset is included in my membership. this is my...

I Received SMS from One Assist Team that RS-1399/- Charged for me to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission they give me a membership of this plan for me. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind of charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated .

Kindly cancel this plan.This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

Please deactivate this Plan ASAP

    Lost my mobile so they asked fir copy. The complaint given to police by me within 2days but the delay happen from police side. First I got fir copy from police then I submitted in the one assist portal they told me to wait 48 hours to get update after that they asked me date of loss in the copy ( I clearly raised my claim after talked with customer care rep about my date of loss) so again I went police station to get date of loss and again submitted the fir copy and waited 48hours. They rejected because I didn't raise complaint within 48hours I explained everything to them and they again asked me to get letter from police for the delay oops again went police station and got the letter. Finally I uploaded the document and waiting waiting still no response from them about my claim.

    So I request you to order them to give extra amount for making me delay, irritation, angry.

      My redmi note 4 comes under the insurance policy of one assist insurance company, one day i dropped my phone accidently so i applied for a claim and they tell me the procedure, that was really very hectic! So i denied because there was not any major issue, but after some. Months my phone dropped by me again and the screen got shattered, then the customer care representative told me that sir, you had already applied for a claim and had denied it further, and i agreed because at that time the damage was so small that even the file charge is higher than the damage costs so i denied for the claim, now the company denied to pass my claim as they want my phone to be in excellent condition. The company representative told me that you didnot submitted your previous damaged product report i. E, i was supposed to repair it and according to them if i dont do so i am not eligible for the claim very next time!
      Wooow what a trick to make fool of the customer,
      My insurance policy will expire in the end of this january so, plz look into the matter

      On 27th of november, 2017 the representative of one assist tolde that My claim is rejected ! When I questioned her why my claim got rejected? She replied that I had mentioned that my phone got damaged on 16th of october, 2017 and I am applying for the claim on 25 th of November, 2017 so due to intimation of time, my claim got rejected! But i want to draw the kind attention o[censored]pper authorities of the whole scenario!

      My phone was accidentally damaged by me on 16th of october, 2017 and I applied for my claim on very next day that is 17th of october, 2017 but with refrence to my post complain the representative assisting me at that time argied with me and refuses me to even file my claim by saying that I am not eligible! I lost hope! But on 24th of November, 2017 my friend suggested me to approach towards consumer complaints portal and I did the same ! Then after submition of complain I got automatically eligible for the claim but the very clever company found another way to reject my claim by giving the time reason! I want to inform you that I contacted One assist company's representative on the very next day of the incident (17th October, 2017) but the company's representative argued with me and refused to file my claim!
      So in the whole scenario i did not found any fault from my side! On the every turn of the scenario the Comapny tried to make me fool by giving undisclosed excuses, whether it is of being eligible for the claim or the time issue,
      I need strict action against the company!

      Third class company! Always make fake excuses! Never co-operate with customers! Please take strict actions against them!

      Your first claim was closed due to delay in intimation.

      As per the terms and conditions, a customer must inform us within 48 hours of the damage incidence.

      Because this was done more than 48 hours later, the insurance company has closed your claim. (You damaged your device on 17/10/2017 but contacted us on[protected].)

      We appreciate your patience in the interim.

      Sir, I would like to request you kindly read my complete complain properly! I think you missed the updated section of the complaint which i updated after my claim got rejected (due to delay in intimation), i would like to clarify you that my phone got damaged either on 16 or 17th of October and the very next day that is either 17th or 18th of october, 2017 i applied for my claim and your company's representative argued with me and told me that i am not eligible for the claim (due to previous claim closed by myself as the file charge is more than that of the repairing cost ) and he even rejected to file my claim in your server that is why your server is not showing that application for claim because your representative didn't even take care of it! He ignored my claim and with a very harsh tone he rejected my claim, i got disappointed and then after some time my friend (Mr. Bhavik sachdeva) suggested me to go to consumer complaint portal so that I can draw your attention towards my issue and now the company is making an argue of delay in intimation!
      Inwould like to ask one thing clearly, when I applied for my claim on the very next dat of the incident and your representative denied to file my claim is there any fault from my side? If not, then why should i suffer??!! I want my claim to be passed otherwise i would file a case in consumer court and will send a notice to your company!

        Dear Team,

        This is Vijay Kumar have purchased 2 years of insurance of my Samsung J2 (Pro) IMEI No./Serial No. : ([protected]) insurance from one Assist insurance company on 30th Jan 2017 (One Assist Relationship Number :[protected]One Assist Membership ID : [protected]) Validity : 30/01/2017 to 29/01/2018.
        But there was issue with my device so i return it & have got refund from them, because i don't require this insurance more & have purchased a new one VIVO V5, also spoke with executive on 3rd Feb 2017 & informed him about refund, he told me will get call back within 24 hours but didn't get any call till date.
        As again spoke with executive & told him about same, also informed him please exchange my insurance on VIVO V5 instead of Samsung J2 or refund me as soon as possible, but he denied for the same, and again said i will get call back from their sr. or supervisor in within 24 hours.

        Dear team requesting you please me out for resolving the issue.

        Again requesting you please refund me as soon as possible so i can purchase a new insurance for my new device. If refund not credited in 4-5 days then i will file the legal case. and Legal notice will be send to you.
