One Assist Service — Deactivate one assist service

Few days before i received a call from axis bank. They told me about Card protection and With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is another service.. So we cant help you.

i want my money back i want deactivate this service. how they can deducted my money without my permission
