Hello Team,
Till now issue is not resolved and don't have any solution internet is down for more then 8days, technician not coming here and just closing the ticket by giving any reason how it can be acceptable,
Call centre guys everyday promise issue will resolve by EOD but never happened, issue escalated and issue has been priority, after doing all this why issue is not getting solved.
Why promising issue will resolve in 48hours.
What type of action you guys taking to resolve issue, if can't solve the problem then please cancel my connection and refund my money back.
