My husband ordered this for my young son to give me as a christmas gift over a year ago. It never arrived. My boy and i are heartbroken, and he paid for it out of his personal allowance money.
My husband also contacted you once before on this. Customer service on this is extremely disappointing.
We moved in april 2018. I deserve to receive this, and am asking you to send to my new address.
