One Plus — Delay in service and poor support | |||
I had some problem in my one plus two phone, I got it resolved at HCL touch service centre which is authorised by one plus .In one hour Touch Id and Home button stopped working, I submited my device again at that service centre .They Took more then 1 and half month but failed to resolve issue now I shifted my phone to B2X service centre which is authorised by one plus but they havent started working on my phone beacuse HCL service centre havent closed my complaint yet and I have received message from HCL that my case is closed with them .I am frustated between one plus, HCL and B2X Was this information helpful? | |||
