I am Dipali Jain residing in Nagpur Maharashtra.
I am fed-up of one plus customer services as they are taking there customers Incident happened with me:-
I purchased a new model of this company on 23/09/2021.
Right after 2 month it started giving me trouble allot.
Gradually now its in that situation that its getting off 10times a day.
I visited the store multiple times and the store people is saying that it will take 10 days to repair.
I mean what will I use for 10 days?
They are not supporting at all!
Firstly when I visited to Nagpur store they didn't diagnose my phone correctly they said it will be alright they just updated the software and told me that it will be fine. And then after exact one day it started throwing the same tantrums.
Then I went to Indore and visited the store situated there and they told me that its a battery issue and it needs to get replaced and even that they are saying 10days?
I mean what is this behavior why a normal battery change should take this many days?
Please help me as I am a working person and feeling little helpless here.
