One Plus Mobile Phone — Regarding too much delay in repair service of my mobile phone One plus 8T 5G mobile phone.

Case ID:[protected], Myself Jugendra Karmakar Owner of One plus 8T 5G mobile phone. My mobile was picked up by One plus service on 22.12.2021 and was received on 29.12.2021. Again request for parts was done by One plus service on 05.01.2022 as my Mobile has got the Back Camera issue. Again parts was received by the service center on 24.01.2022 and till now there is no any further communication of the repair status of my mobile . I have contacted many times to the customer care executive but they told me sorry for the delay and to wait for some more time. I also emailed them again and again but no proper reply was given to me. It is now more than 1 and half months for the repair time of my mobile, the One plus service does not value the customer time . I emailed again but now they are not replying to my emails. Therefore kindly take necessary action so that I could get back my mobile phone as soon as possible.
