I had given my phone to the service center in Koramangala, Bangalore. I gave it to them with the complaint that my earphones don't get completely inserted on my One plus 2 phone. I got it back and when I did I noticed one side of any earphones I entered never works, Any ear phones. I submitted my phone back the following day to which they told me I have to replace the motherboard which would cost INR 21, 000. The damage was done by them and I spoke to them through customer executive but I am not getting any proper replies.
The customer care executives tell me that it's my fault and that I should pay. Apparently before I submitted my phone, They did not check whether the headphone jack work or not and hence it is my fault that I didn't ask the service center to verify it. I want to know if it's my task to complete the service center's responsibilities.
I went to the service center on 18th March. All these days the customer care executives were beating about the bush and blaming me even though the fault is with them.
They are clever to not reply all these through e-mail, But I have every voice recordings of the conversation between me and the customer care executives.
My desirable solution is for them to replace my mother board. They should fix the problem they caused. That's it.
I have attached the invoice and a few job sheets. I will share further information once I am contacted.
