Onecard — FD amount not refunding even after 11 days

Pathetic company! They closed my OneCard account and card IMMEDIATELY after requesting but on the other hand, they do not refund the FD amount even after repeated complaints and complain to the Grievance Redressal Officer.

On Sat, Jul 15, 10:06 PM, I emailed OneCard to request for the closure of my OneCard. (Do kindly note that the account with which I created the fixed deposits, were no longer active, hence I provided an alternate bank account details and also a cancelled cheque for verification.)

On Tue, Jul 18, 12:32 PM, I received an email from OneCard saying that my OneCard account has been closed.

On Mon, Jul 24, 12:48 PM, I received an email from OneCard asking for my alternate bank account details since the primary account to create the FD was not active. At 3:17 PM, I replied to that email with all the required details and also included a bank statement as asked.

On Tue, Jul 25, 4:50 PM, I again received an email from OneCard saying that the refund has been processed to the inactive/source account and I am simply asked to track the refund using the transaction numbers provided.

I then wrote regarding my concern to the Grievance Redressal Officer on Tue, Jul 25, 5:18 PM. Upon writing the email, I immediately received a response saying the CX specialists will get in touch with me within 48 hours. But please note that it has been more than 48 hours and NO ONE has contacted me. (Ticket ID: 3758423)

I have written multiple times to the twitter support team also but even there the support team has stopped replying. Please do also note that I am not able to connect to the support team through phone since my account has been deleted.

It has been 11 days and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE FD MONEY.

This is such a blatant lie and sadly I do not have anything to prove it.

However, I have received NO calls from OneCard and I can assure and guarantee you that my number was always switched on and network is available 24/7.

Furthermore, I emailed your grievance officer and their reply was this:
"This mail is regarding the recent query you have raised with us under ticket 3758423.
We have requested more information, but we have not received it till now.
We request you to kindly share the required information within 24 hours so that we can resolve your query at the earliest."

Please note that I HAVE SHARED ALL THE REQUESTED INFORMATION and there is no information left from my end to share.

Lastly, please note I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND
