refund issue with the name of shreyansh (sbi)
I have been waiting for nearly 15 days for a refund that has not been credited to my SBI account despite providing the new account details multiple times due to the closure of Paytm banking services. I have received only automated responses that do not address my concern. This refund is urgent, and the delay is causing significant inconvenience. I request immediate human intervention to resolve this matter. If I do not receive a call from OneCard within 24 hours, I will be forced to register a formal dispute and escalate the issue to the Banking Ombudsman.

I got my account closed with Onecard under ticket id :5069250 and registered mobile number is [protected].
There was a total of 5 FD against Credit card. 4 out of 5 deposits are credited back to my bank account but still 1 FD js yet not refunded to bank account and for the same thing I am continuously sending email but getting similar response that FD was send to some other account which does not belongs to me....

I have oncard registered with [protected]. I have paid the complete bill on 28 feb before next cycle and before due that, still company charged interest. Kindly check and take action against onecard....

I got an Onecard from BOB Financial 5 months ago. When I had taken the card, it told me that I can convert my bill in EMI., But after spending the credit limit I am eligible for only 01 emi amount of Rs. 6000/-.

Fraudulent transaction without my authorization on an online purchase in US while I stay in India
On Sep 8th'23 I got a message on my OneCard app saying a transaction o[censored]SD 317.96 was done and I was not the one who had done it. It was done on a site Us.maje.com which is in US. Now I firstly did not even approve this transaction neither did I receive any OTP for it then how is it possible that onecard allowed the transaction to go through. This is breach of my privacy and god know how many customers are being cheated like this. I immediately raised this as a fraudulent transaction and even blocked my card. They told me it will be resolved in 48 hours. The ticket no for this is #4124623 . I even got a message saying the transaction could not be approved as it was an unexpected transaction. Since then I have called OneCard daily to get an update on this but they keep saying next 48 hours. Yesterday at night I see that they have settled the transaction to the merchant. How could they even do this? Were they not even working on the ticket? If they had the transaction would not have gone through. This is a fraud by OneCard as well. I need my money back and I am anyways not going to pay it as It wasnt even done by me. In such cases you are not supposed to show it in the monthly cycle as I am not liable to pay it. The customer support person Savio I spoke to knew nothing and in turn kept blaming it on RBI and VISA and was not responding properly at all.

Request for deletion on the application due to incorrect PAN number
Hi, my application was not processing recently and I have checked that the PAN number entered in my application is wrong.
I am not able to change my PAN number as the credentials have already been submitted, now I am having trouble in verification of date of birth since the Pan entered is incorrect and i am not able to change it.
Kindly delete my application so that I can proceed with a new application with the correct PAN Number and credentials.
I have already emailed but I am getting pre recorded bot replies and no resolution

FD amount not refunding even after 11 days

Pathetic company! They closed my OneCard account and card IMMEDIATELY after requesting but on the other hand, they do not refund the FD amount even after repeated complaints and complain to the Grievance Redressal Officer.
On Sat, Jul 15, 10:06 PM, I emailed OneCard to request for the closure of my OneCard. (Do kindly note that the account with which I created the fixed deposits, were no longer active, hence I provided an alternate bank account details and also a cancelled cheque for verification.)
On Tue, Jul 18, 12:32 PM, I received an email from OneCard saying that my OneCard account has been closed.
On Mon, Jul 24, 12:48 PM, I received an email from OneCard asking for my alternate bank account details since the primary account to create the FD was not active. At 3:17 PM, I replied to that email with all the required details and also included a bank statement as asked.
On Tue, Jul 25, 4:50 PM, I again received an email from OneCard saying that the refund has been processed to the inactive/source account and I am simply asked to track the refund using the transaction numbers provided.
I then wrote regarding my concern to the Grievance Redressal Officer on Tue, Jul 25, 5:18 PM. Upon writing the email, I immediately received a response saying the CX specialists will get in touch with me within 48 hours. But please note that it has been more than 48 hours and NO ONE has contacted me. (Ticket ID: 3758423)
I have written multiple times to the twitter support team also but even there the support team has stopped replying. Please do also note that I am not able to connect to the support team through phone since my account has been deleted.
It has been 11 days and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE FD MONEY.

Fraud happening in Onecard they are not following RBI guidelines
Hi, I have done a transaction at a merchant using onecard and received the OTP with the exact same amount but after the transaction is completed I checked the history in Onecard application then the transaction amount was original transaction+1% service charge + GST.
How can they charge a service charge if I am not using their services from their application?
I have done the same type of transaction at same merchant using other national bank credit cards but they aren't charging a rupee then why onecard?
Is the RBI rules different for them?
I checked with their customer service and escalated as well but they are not refunding the additional amount.

OneCard Scamming Customers And Harassing them

This all starts after the notfication of RBI that you can link your rupay credit card with upi. So i check couple of credits and found onecard. i talked with them and their excecutive said that they can offer rupay credit card. So i applied credit card based on FD. I have deposited money and open FD in onecard of rs5000 and applied for credit card of rs5000 limit. After 1 day they issued me a Visa Debit Card. I told them that i need Rupay only, they then said only visa is availible. I told them to close the account as i dont need visa rupay card because i cant link it in UPI. when i told them they told to write a mail to onecard for account closure. i wrote the mail on the same day the visa card is issue. Next day they replied that i have to pay 600rs charge for closing the account . i told them why should i pay when i dont have used card not i transact through it, also i applied for closure on the same day. they refued to closure the account. i contacted their customer care for the same. they also refused to do and disconnects the call. i tried for week with them calling continuosly as my money is stuck, nor they are clsoing my fd nor they giving my money back. After lot of requests, when i dont get my rs5000 back. i withdraw rs5000 from that card which was my money. After that they start messaging me to repay the credit card bioll. i told them its my money, i have requested u several time but u havent helped. Now they are incurring charges from their choices. My FD value was 5000 and i withdraw only rs 4800, now they showing bill of rs6600 and adding charges again and agin on it.. I request authorities to look into it and take relevant action aginst this type of harassing and fraud.

Credit Card Limit Never Increase

It's more than 2year old card and I am requesting from 1year to increase limit and sending many email with required documents but limit is never increased. Such lowest limit in my all cards. No response no updates. Kindly look into this matter.

Refund not initiated
I have closed my onecard FD and the company assured that the amount will be refunded with 5- 7 days but since its been 5 days i havnt received any refund so please do initiate it

OneCard did not respond to me and simple closed the ticket on their own. They even removed the transaction and I can't see it in my history anymore. I have now no proof of that transaction existing. I had to pay twice during the billing of the credit card.
