Onedaydiscount — I'm complain about receiving used shirts in place of new denim shirts

Today i receive a parcel of shirts which i ordered. Mr anil contact no-[protected] handover to me. The shirts which is ordered is totally different from the original shirts. The receiving shirts is old/used and not original denim shirts. This is very carelessness of the company. The company is delivering old/used items in place of original.
So, kindly replace my shirts with the original one, otherwise i will fire a complaint against company in consumer forum..
