I would like to inform you that i ordered consignment on fri may 6 2016 10:35:37 gmt+5:30 (Ist) and received consignment on 13.5.2016 and order id: oid56142. When i opened consignment box, i found different item in the box. At the same time i tried to contact with onedaydiscount.com (Herein after refer as a online shopping company) but unfortunately i failed to contact with them due to switch off their contact number, i also sent mail on next day i. E.12.5.2016 but as of now there is no response from them. I also tried contact today i. E. 16.5.2016, but their contact number is also switch off and they have no alternative contact number, so i am unable to contact with them. Therefore, i am suffering so many loss i. E. Time, money, it was argent need for me, but they failed to satisfy a consumer, because product is not same what i have ordered. It is cleared fall under deficiency of service and fraud with consumer, if you will not take immediate action in this regard then i will complain before district consumer forum under section 11 and 12 of the consumer protection act, 1986.
Therefore, i sincerely request you that take immediate action against them.
