Onepieceshop — not delivered the item

I have placed an order on date 04.04.2019 an amount to receive.1483/-, $till date no any information from company. I try to contact customer care number but it not working. Already paid the amount through online. And try to contact by email the company but the reply is simply deliver not successful. Have request for refund my money back and no any response from company.
