Onepieceshop — order scam

I ordered a lehenga and a kurtha for 1510 /-. All i get is a pre used bad conditioned cheap saree after 5 days of my order. I tried opening the website, but the page doesn't open, shows error. I saw this company's ads on facebook from which i ordered. A local postman has delivered me the order and he says he doesn't have a clue about the company and has nothing to do with it. I highly feel this a huge scam. To who may ever it may concern, please see to it that i get my refund and the company is prosecuted immediately.
