Dear Sir,
I have procured a OneplusOne Mobile sold by Amazon India in December, 2014. Its screen got broken due to physical damages, and i have enquirer for a replacement. Surprisingly the cost on the new screen for the mobile is above 55% of the NEW Mobile Value. Secondly, i have given it for service on 6th March, 2015 and since then i am following for the mobile.
No proper response from the service centre i have submitted, and the oneplus service support and tollfree is very pathetic. Neither of the stakeholders has given any commitment towards to the resolutions.

By not having a smart phone, all my productivity has gone, also many top brand smart phone of 2014 / 15 does not cost more than 20% of its device value. means i felt the price of the replacement is very high. Finally i am loosing the days of its warranty without using for a month by now.
I wished to charged Oneplus 50000/- for all my damages, and not promising to its service and integrity. Was this information helpful? |
