I have bought my oneplus q1 tv 55inch f june through amazon.in (Order id:[protected]), it was installed on 28th of june. It was working fine till 26th of july, when i turned-on the tv on 26th of july, there was a pop sound from the screen. When it turns on, the screen looks defective and that is growing day by day. I have registered a complaint with amazon for warranty claim (Order id:[protected]), a technician has contacted me through whats app (On 26th of july). He asked me for the pictures and i sent him. Then he said that it is physical damage. I told him that it is not physical damage, then he visited us (On 28th of july) and saw the tv, then by seeing the tv he couldn't tell the exact reason, and suggested me to contact oneplus. I have registered a complaint on oneplus care app (Reference id: x38eczclqz) on 28th july, i have been initiated that a oneplus technician will be visiting me on 29th of july, but he just called me and inquired for images, i have sent him the images, he just said it was physical damage, i requested him to come to my place and inspect the television, he just ignored my word. I have registered a complaint on the oneplus website (Id:[protected] on 29th of july, the oneplus service members are just calling and asking the problem, they are not solving the issue. This is going since 8days. Note:- they are saying that this is not covered under the warranty claim, and asking me to pay the charges.
I have raised my complaint on consumer forum, they have tried contacting the company through emails. But oneplus didn't respond to them. (Been suffering since 2months)
