I am nikita aggarwal.I filed complaint on 22nd Aug that my TV is not working. Next day engineer visited and told that its a panel problem. We will replace it in 7-10 days. Now its more than 25 days and nothing has been done. I have called one plus, they only have the solution that they have escalated it thrice. I can't wait anymore. I need my whole tv to be replaced or upgraded
