Firstly I have brought OnePlus earphone wireless bullets z2 on 6 August, after 20 days it's not working. Then, i have registered a service.
Then, after repaired i have received old or bad earphone or it's not working.
So, i have again registered service. Now my complaint is cancelled.
Because of physical demage but it's not my fault.
It's happened from OnePlus service centre.
Please return new product. Because I'm frustrated August to September.
Please it's my personal request.
