I got my one plus U1S 55 TV ON Aug 28th . Circuit of the tv got damaged the very next day and I raised a complaint for tv service . After serval follow up(after 2 weeks), service guy came to our house and checked everything .He said since it is a new tv we will place tv replacement request . After that there was no update and I had to regularly followup with customer care and they used to tell that new tv replacement request has been approved, but some parts are missing (I don't know what that means parts missing) . This went on for more than 45 days .
2 weeks back customer care was telling that they are changing the service center team of my city . So whole process has to done from beginning .
They have now raised a new request for service team to visit my house for checking the tv and they haven't visited my house yet and my follow up still continues...
This is really frustrating having my damaged tv in house for more than 2 Months . There has not been proper communication what so ever . Was this information helpful? |
