Mail send on - 23 Nov 2020 - 03:06 PM Dear Sir, I purchased a oneplus nord in the month of October and it was delivered on 19th Oct 2020 but after 20 days my phone is not working properly . Issues - 1 - When i am using a conference call then the calling display disappears and I am unable to manage the call . 2 - Call recording settings and are not available . 3 - Call recording icon is not visible after left / right scrolling also .. As discussed with your service center it is a software issue which needs to update . Sir it is a one month old phone. I am not ready to do it so request you to please help to replace it or Refund my money back ... Due to the same issue I am very disturbed and due the same distribution i am not doing my job work properly . This is my humble request Please Replace or Refund my money back on priority ... Mail send on - 02 December 2020 at 11:12PM HI Team One Plus, As discussed with MR Kamal - ( Regional Service manager Mumbai ) yesterday i was visited at your service center 1st floor, MGF mall, MG road, Gurgaon, Haryana . After 60 KM traveling and wasting 4hrs the result is the same ZERO . Software re-flashing completed in my one month old phone now again i am facing the same issue ... 1 - Calling screen disappears in conference call .. 2 - call recording option is not visible again .
