OnePlus India — camera issue

I am having one plus 3. I bought this phone 1year ago. Its camera is having focus issue for a long time. Pics are becoming blurred shot by its primary camera. I am having os 5.0 version in my phone. It was working fine earlier but suddenly one day i faced this problem sincevthen its like that only. Is this any software problem or a hardware one. What should i do. Kindly advise.
