OnePlus India — Company is not ready to repair as it comes under warranty

I have one oneplus mobile on 24.05.2021 and on 21.04.2022 it was out of order . I immediately visted service center as it comes under warranty peiod of one year, but the service center peole has `cheated me and not ready to repair my expensive mobile.
Kindly help me to repair my mobile
