I purchased a oneplus TV 32Y1 on 2 january 2022 after 10 month on 16 october 2022 TV was unable to ON then i lodged a complain to oneplus after 48 hour a service engineer came and checked the TV he said to me that TV's mother board is damage when motherboard is available i replaced it. then it take 2 month inspite of demage part is not available. so we decided to replace TV from The voucher. On 14 December 2022 TV was picked up and till now i did not get any voucher everyday i call to service centre they always told me that your complain will resolve in 24-48 hour.
