On March 9, I complained online that my TV screen wasn't working, but for some reason, my complaint was initially denied. I resubmitted my complaint on March 18 and ever since, I've been in touch with customer service at [protected] and [protected]@oneplus.com. Every time I call, I'm told to wait 24 hours, one of our seniors will get in touch with me to fix the problem.
I am still awaiting for my Tv to get repair and for their call and email response as well.
