OnePlus India — Damaged Product Delivered: OnePlus TV 55 inch-4K-QLED TV 55Q1 | |||
I made a purchase of OnePlus TV 55 inch-4K-QLED TV 55Q1 on 1st Jan 2022 from OnePlus website (https://www.oneplus.in), The product got delivered on 5th Jan 2022 (The box was sealed), I called OnePlus support to raise installation request after that the Installation Engg. From OnePlus Mr. Om Prakash (his contact no. [protected]) visited our place on 6th Jan 2022 and when he opened the seal of the box the TV screen was having crack on it for which he told it’s a DOA (Dead on Arrival) case, but he cannot raise the request for replacement as it has been ordered online from OnePlus.in, he will raise complaint only if it is purchased from the Showroom. He told me to raise complaint online on OnePlus Support while I filed on the same day i.e., 6th Jan 2022 but OnePlus has been not responding to my complaint and till now they have not given a response on my issue or anyone from OnePlus has not contacted me so far. I request the honorable court to please investigate this matter and provide me with justice, I have purchased this TV on EMI and paying interest without receiving the product.
