Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Defect OnePlus 8T
The issue that I have experienced was: I bought a new OnePlus 8T 5G . the phone lags, freezes & half of it's text aren't displayed. The phone is under manufacture warranty.
This issue is from the beginning,
1. Phone hangs.
2. Display of half texts in many apps
3. Sound doesn't come sometimes when someone calls
4. Shows system UI is not responding
It occurred on: 16/01/2021
I would need them to do repairs and the duration under which my phone is repaired I want a replacement / spare phone for that time. Or I want a permanent replacement to the phone.
The whole purpose of buying a new phone is because My previous phone is damaged. If I buy OnePlus 8T, and if it is a defect phone, then OnePlus should Send a replacement phone while it is being sent to repairs.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
