Order no. M[protected] placed on 15.6.2020 The one plus 8 pro received in damaged condition. I have requested for replacement of the set immediately but there is no response either through phone/email or other mode of communication. 2 days back i have received the one plus 8 pro in damaged condition manufacturing defect. I am constrained to note the poor service and long waiting of the customer and heavy price tag for the premium phone. I have not received any reply from them since more than 2 days ago A complaint was lodged with id no.[protected] on 29.6.2020. I have already contacted several times but there is no reply.
