Hi i have ordered Oneplus Nord 2 and i found that there is a issue in the device (display issue, app error, phone is slow and hanging) i have taken video for proof. i have visited VR Mall Oneplus service center to show my issue and they said issue will be fixed in 1 month without seeing my problem. i was not happy with the solution what they have given and again i said give the written commitments that if issue is not fixed we will take the product like this then store IN charge told me i will arrange call back and give you the mail commitments that device will be replaced. its been 5 days now no one has called or received mail for further communication. i have received defective product i need replacement for my device. i feel like i have received used product i need this issue to be fixed at the earliest i couldn't use my phone now. one of the worst service i seen.
i have more proof which i'm unable to add in this due to file size issue.
