Did a phone update on 17/11/2022. The device was picked up the next day for repair. Reached the service centre at 21st and ever since there are no updates. I kept contacting the customer service line 29th, 1st Dec, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, 20th and 23rd dec and narrate the whole story to at least 10 different agents and they say the matter is escalated. I do have the recordings of all conversations and the email the so called escalation team sent me for the sake to whoch i did send 2 follow up emails but no reply. These dates i have rang the customer service line are different deadlines that i have been promised and i have been following up exactly on the same dates. But alas I did not even receive even a courtesy call. The device screen was damaged after the company update. I would have not bothered the customer service if the fault was my end. This is totally disappointing service and would never recommend one plus to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
