I bought OnePlus 10R 5G in May a few days after it was launched, it worked pretty fine for the past 3 moths or so, but suddenly its screen started fluctuating and in a few mintues the screen just went blank. I contacted OnePlus support and went to OnePlus authorised service center located at M2K Rohini, Delhi. The attented me and told me that the screen would be replaced and no extra money would be asked from me as it is a manufacturing defect. Last year I purchased Samsung S20 which had a similiar malfunction and Samsung actually provided me with a new packed phone on the same day. After I submitted my phone in the OnePlus service center they said I would receive my phone the very next day, however in the evening I received a call saying there's some issue in the battery also and they won't be able to give me the phone before a week. Its been past a week I still haven't received any news from their side, I call their service provider everytime they comeup with a new reason and a new deadline when and if they pick up my call. Honestly I wasn't expecting such a disastrous service from sucha reputed company. Was this information helpful? |
