Complaint marked as Resolved I am facing issue the after OS12 Update on screen suddenly green line...so many people facing this issue and i take my one plus 8T device in Thane service center.. and they said for diagnosis timing is 2 weeks... seriously? I am already bearing this green line issue from your side soo why me waiting such that time and advisor not clearly saying the solution..he said after 2 weeks in diagnosis he inform me for what the next step..i am not paying for this single rupees because your software bugs damage my device and not any service center that much time to get repair soo please take this matter seriously because your executive very lightly getting this matter...and clearly seen in device not a single scratch on my device..i hope one plus user not regret to buy your device and your services.
