Hi, This complaint is for the Denial of free service to fix the green line in OnePlus 8t display.
Company told my mobile should be within 2 years old to fix it free of cost.
Why i should pay money for the issue caused by your company software which is intentionally sent to customer even though company aware there are issues in software which cause hardware failure?
Many customers mobile got display issue after software update sent by OnePlus.
I request consumer complaint team to take this seriously and action against them for scamming.
Their update to my mobile caused the display failure and they are scamming.
