Myself Sam Reni Philips . I am a one plus 8 pro customer and I have bought my phone 2 and half years ago, recently there was due to technical glitches gree line occurred in my one plus phone. I have contacted one plus customer care regarding the same issue and they have asked me to avail pick up and drop service of one plus, then they mentioned the service will be free even after I stressed the point that the phone is 2 and half years old.On[protected] Arun from Bangalore service center called and said the phone is not under warranty so you have to pay or call one plus customer service again. Then I called the customer care again and raised my query then they said the one plus phone is not under warranty and you have to pay the amount. Now I am living without a phone for past few days because it is with one plus.
Dear one plus the green line appearing one your customers phone is your update issue or bug problems why customers have to bear it even if the phone is 4 or 5 yrs old. While buying a premium phone like one plus they are bound to give us good updates and services rather than putting your customers in a situation that they have to update to a new phone.
Anyway as a hardcore fan of one plus I have been using one plus from One plus 2 to one plus 8 pro and this is the customer experience that I am getting. Remember one thing I am definitely not paying for the mistake that you have done and I am in a decision that I will fight for my right and what is correct. While dealing with customers there are things called just, right and service which customer hope from a company and if they are not getting that basic things, why clinging on the same company.
