OnePlus India — I'm complaining about the delayed service of service center for more than one month

I am writing this in great grievience and dissapointment. I had given my device(1+9R) for screen replacement on 17th of October . I still have not got the phone repaired. It has been a month and this is not expected from a brand like oneplus. I have contacted the customer support team for more than 15 times and each time I get the same response stating that one part of the display has been shipped and the service centre is waiting for that part. But this is least expected from a company like oneplus. I have raised an issue regarding the same and was of no use. No updates from the side of one plus or the dealer. I am legally
going to move forward this issue and raise a complaint againt the company. Expecting a reply soon. Also I am attaching the job card details for tracking .

If OnePlus don't have the capacity to repair a device sold by them, then why they are still in the market. the faith in the OnePlus brand is losing.
