This is regarding the OnePlus 7T Pro, bought on 3rd Jan 2021.
The phone has an issue with Camera lenses and phone hang.
I had contacted to customer care center of OnePlus at CSMT, Fort. The customer care center recommended calling customer care.
As per the advice given by customer care, within 30 days file a complaint, and replacement of the phone can be done.
I submitted the phone to OnePlus care.
But I got a reply saying that replacement can be done only within 15 days.
hence, customer care of OnePlus misguiding me related to my phone issue during covid lockdown period.
this misguiding related to expensive phone cause a lot of problem for me. I submitted the phone as per the problem within 30 days as advised by one of your customer care executive.
Is this Oneplus big brand customer service is?
expecting a reply with Phone Replacement.
