I submitted my device to the authorized service center of Kota Rajasthan on 26/5/22 regarding my issue of heating issue which I was facing in my device and was in a state of intolerance so in order of that has submitted my device and received my device on 10/7/22 after repeated calls and several reminders by me to the customer care. They have tortured me at the epitome as they could by just passing on my concern every day and also not responding to my calls in many cases. After receiving my product back, My fingerprint sensor was missing and I got to know when the local phone repairing shop opened my phone this act of one plus the customer care is highly non-tolerable and I want strict action to be taken against the customer care and want my purpose to be resolved as sooner as possible
