This is my review for One Plus one, it’s still under warranty and going through my worst experience with my smartphone. I bought One plus One Sandstone black, 64 GB IMEI No. is [protected] through Amazon in starting of this year in January, regarding complaint, in a span of just one month phone's headphone jack stopped working I tried many earphones of different companies none of them worked but anyhow I was adjusting because the staff of one plus don't know how they are trained they don't even know how to talk to customers i was literally ignored not even entertained, i got seriously irritated and left, from second month a line started coming in side of the screen don't have any idea how it started, my phone auto restores itself and I lose my data every time, i took it to the service center now they say its water inside my handset and we can’t help, it’s out of guarantee now. Within a year i got frustrated using this phone, spent 18000 and it feels all drained, why we will trust these companies if neither they are giving good handsets just providing attractive specs nor a good service. I want a settlement with this either give me a new handset and repair it under warranty. Was this information helpful? |
