OnePlus India — Mobile not returned after repair

I had sent my phone for repair on 2nd july and paid 8400 rs. For the same on 14th after i received the invoice. They have not sent my phone since then. I have been trying to call the service centre but no avail. I have tweeted about it multiple times but no avail. Kindly help. Reference id: wej6hdjy4p.
