I have ordered a mobile phone online for 30, 000 Indian rupees on June 2, 2017. They haven't despatch the item till June 6 2017.. They are not ready to refund my money. I bought a new phone from amazon in same price and reached me on June 5th. When I asked them to refund they say that I need to reject the corrier and it should reach back to warehouse and they need another 5 to 7 days to refund... Total they will take almost one month to give me my money...I don't trust them. Because they are making unnecessary delay even in delivering my item in order for me to reject
