OnePlus India — my phone in warranty and my screen is not damaged and they are charging heavy price

As my phone is in warrenty and they are telling that my phone screen is destroyed and they charge rs-7500 for my phone mbut my phone is in warrenty period and my phone is not damaged at all but screen got pink colour and they are charging for screen and i tell them that my phone is in warrenty period.. Please some body help me regarding it please help me..
