Hello,
I have raised a complaint for my one plus tv, reference id :- mx90zpdqgq. It's been one month and six days to be exact and one plus is not providing service or not giving any solution for my issue.
I have made atleast 10-12 calls each call duration was 30-40 minutes long to one plus customer care regarding my issue, all they say is we have escalated your request to our concernt team or you have to wait but how much they didn't said that.
One plus is running scam because all they want is expiration of my one plus tv warranty and after that they want money for the issue.
Resolution
1) please, tell them to extend warranty period of my one plus tv. (It is because they are not providing service on time, its their fault not mine)
2) please, tell them to repair my tv as soon as possible.
Issues with my oneplus tv
1) less sound (Not as before)
2) improper display
3) slow processing and hangs sometimes
4) it is showing different colours on loop, colours like starting with then red then blue then green etc
